Before start any exercises you have to do the warm up then
turn to light stretching and after the exercise again stretching is necessary.
When you start the muscle is not ready to take up, without
warm up the blood supply is not proper to take up the exercises. Spasm, muscles
tear and serious injuries are possible.
Joints rotation for Lubrication of the joints head to toe, light
jumping, Brisk walk, jogging are some of the regular warm ups besides for
spatial category training.
After the exercises it is mandatory to go for cooling down.
